Jiangsu Tianhong Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd is a private joint-venture, founded in August 2007, is located in Douzhuang Yingbin Avenue Industrial Park, Danyang city, Jiangsu Province. Company registration paid up capital of 14 million Yuan, covers an area of 26,600 square meters, factory area of 16,000 square meters, employs 135 people, mainly produce aluminum alloy melting equipment, casting equipment, auxiliary equipment and special alloy wheel manufacturing equipment, services in the auto parts and components, high-speed rail parts and components, machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.

The company has all kinds of mechanical processing, physical and chemical testing and computers for designing 206 sets, including Japan Mazak horizontal machining canters, all kinds of CNC cutting machines 21 sets, other welding, cutting, gear processing machine tools 36 sets, can independently complete all works, including product development, machinery processing, installation and debugging, performance testing. In aluminum alloy casting industries, our company has a team of professionals with extensive field experience, from product planning, production, services to final acceptance. In 2010 we gain the "GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008" quality system certification, soled 78.1 million dollars in 2012, has won the honorary titles of High-tech Enterprises in Jiangsu Province, Private Scientific and Technological Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, Small and Medium Technology Based Firms in Jiangsu Province, The two integration of the products or equipment intelligent demonstration enterprise in Jiangsu Province, the Committee identified two soft Enterprise (software products, software enterprise), become the member of Association of machinery industry in Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Province Foundry Association and gain other qualifications and titles.

Company adheres to the policy of "technology plant", having 58 employees in College degree or above, the total number of 42.9%; in the past three years, we put into fund 13.25 million Yuan on research and development that is 6.82% of the total sales. Company has established an independent legal entity enterprises named "Jiangsu Tianhong Automation Technology Co., Ltd" and was approved as "Enterprise Technology Center in Zhenjiang city in 2012, and Aluminum Casting Equipment Automatic Engineering Technology Research Center in Jiangsu Province". There are 28 full-time research staff of 28 in Research and Development Center, a number of high-end talents such as doctorate or master's degrees, having: 6 high-tech products in Jiangsu Province; 5 authorized invention patents, 12 utility model patents. Our company has become workstation for graduates from Jiangsu University and Harbin Institute of Technology. Established long term cooperation and strategic partnership in researching and developing of intelligent equipments with Harbin Institute of Technology, Jiangsu University, Southeast University, Nanjing information Engineering University. Through active research and development, the TH-165 serial industrial handling robot, and five freedom shaped surface finishing machine has entered market sales, production equipment of aluminum wheel robot automatic production line, auxiliary equipment and complete systems integration work, general consented by our customers.
